Detained is a comic book that explores immigrant detention centers in Washington state. Each side of the book is a continuous panorama depicting the interior of Seattle’s former INS building and The Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma.  The book follows Gabriela Cubillos and Many Uch, two immigrants who were held in these facilities while facing deportation.  This limited edition comes with 2 large prints that explore their lives after detention.
